I ended up spending around four hours trying to finish the homework, because I thought we had to read both chapters. I annotated both chapters the same way, because of that mistake. I found this way of annotating to be challenging in a way. I think I was too focused on trying to highlight all of the claims and evidence that I wasn’t focusing on what is important, like the content and how the chapters were put together. I also may have highlighted too much, which isn’t usually an issue for me. Next time I try this style, I will read through first and then go back and highlight the important claims and evidence.
